To everyone that was in the path of the NASTY Blizzard that happened on Feb.1st in to Feb. 2nd 2011, I hope everyone is warm and safe. Then news said that Antioch Illinois got 24 inches of snow, Beach Park Illinois got 20, where i live they are saying we got around 18 inches. We are still expected to have 1” to 3” fall EVERY hour for the rest of today. Towns are now closing down their roads to the point if you are caught out you WILL get a ticket.

Wow! Yeah we were supposed to have been hit with it, but so far we’ve been lucky and most of it has passed. Just a few inches. Some schools are shutting down just in case though.

It ended up stop snowing and the wind died down around 2pm (central time). Now it is just FREEZING. Today I have to head to my Grandma’s and help dig them out -_- they got 24” of snow if not more and they are trapped in their house besides a small path that they made to start digging them self’s out.
